The Pilates Reformer is a piece of equipment that provides resistance with a series of springs and ropes. Adding rings, rollers, balls, and spine corrector barrels and you will develop strength, and flexibility all in one class. It is extremely versatile and exercises are performed on the equipment while lying down, sitting, standing, pulling the straps, pushing the foot bar, seated on the foot bar, seated on the shoulder blocks, sideways and even upside down! This means many parts of the body are being worked in many different ways, so you can expect to achieve improved overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
