Astrology is a personal calendar and a tool to understand the soul’s journey. Each planet has a type of energy that it represents. Providing an accurate birth time is the best way to uncover the juicy stuff in your chart along with a birthplace.  The best way to get this information is your birth certificate, however if you are unable to get a hold of this information possibly a baby book, mom or dad, aunt or uncle can provide this information. Time is very important for an accurate reading.
